What this site is

This is a marketing site that describes Gennie, The Life Decoder, and links to the Gennie app. The app is a separate service with its own terms, which apply when you use it.

For entertainment and reflection

Gennie blends two layers. The numerology and star-sign elements are offered for reflection and entertainment, not as science, prediction or professional advice. The generational and life-stage elements draw on real social history. Nothing on this site or in the app is financial, legal, medical or psychological advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Age

Gennie is for ages 13 and over. Under-18s may use the free reading only: we do not take payment from, or send marketing to, anyone under 18. If you are under 13, please do not use Gennie.

The £4.99 unlock

In the app you can buy a one-off £4.99 unlock that reveals the full report and tools (the five-year plan, tailored recommendations, Sharpen, Coach, the keepsake PDF, Copy-for-AI and the fortune). Payment is handled by Stripe. The unlock is digital content made available to you immediately. By purchasing, you ask us to provide it straight away and acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once you access it. Because it is delivered instantly, the unlock is non-refundable except where the law requires (for example if it is faulty or not as described). If something isn’t right, email accounts@nellieconnect.com and we’ll put it right.

Intellectual property

The Gennie name, wordmark, written content and design on this site are owned by Nellie Connect Ltd, except where third-party assets are used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Links

The site links to the Gennie app and may link to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

No warranties & liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this marketing site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
